The are excellent sea views from the restaurant's windows. Splendid wine cellar. Own vegetable garden. The most popular tables are those next to the massive windows that overlook the Cantabrian sea. It has three private dining rooms.
Haute Cuisine Scallop and artichokes with 'tocino de cielo' (pudding made with egg yolks and syrup) Sea bass with goose barnacles, pearls of olive oil and rucula Suckling lamb interspersed with vegetables and toasted yoghurt ice-cream.
Weekly closing times: Sunday evenings, Monday and Tuesday (from January to June) and Sunday evening and Mondays except public holidays and on the eve of holidays (from July to December) Annual closing dates: February and first fortnight in October
