We are a family restaurant. Our restaurant was founded by Irene Iribarren Sancha. She decided to open a small restaurant in San Gregorio street called "Restaurante San Gregorio". This was a small restaurant for 25 people, It was situated on first floor and the staff was twopeople who worked in the kitchen as well as in the dining room.
Familiar tradition continues. Nowadays Iñaki, one of Irene's grandson, has joined and he is the pastrycook adding "new flavour" to our gastronomic style.
Our gastronomic style is a regional cuisine using excelent quality regional products, with a really good price offering great value for your money.
